US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong unexpectedly concluded a nuclear agreement on Thursday without any agreement and Trump said that due to the demands of Kim Jong to remove the ban, "go from there" decided. This was his much anticipated second meeting after the first historic summit of both the leaders in Singapore. Both leaders failed to sign the joint statement and the talks ended between the deadlock. Although the signing of the two leaders on the joint statement was already scheduled.

Trump told reporters, "Sometimes you have to walk and it was one of the same time. They said, "Basically, they wanted the ban to be completely removed and we can not do that. However, Trump insisted that he is optimistic that the progress which we have made before and during the Summit that we have in the future, is in a position to get very good results in the future. He said that Kim had promised not to resume testing of nuclear or ballistic missiles, some time ago he considered it a standard for success. He reiterated his "close relationship" and said that there is no proposal for the third summit with Kim.

Trump said, "We like each other." We have a warmth and I hope that it will remain. The results of the Hanoi negotiation were not in line with the expectations, and the critics pointed out that in their initial historical meeting in Singapore, there was more splendor and there was no concrete thing. Critics also said that this is a major failure. The two leaders withdrew from the meeting without signing any documents, and Trump had a press conference two hours before the scheduled time. Anchor Panda of the Federation of American Scientist tweeted that the White House hopes to have further talks in North Korea. Panda said that it might be possible that Kim got annoyed and that he did not want to continue the conversation.
